How You Can Help
The committee can use help in a number of different ways. In return for your contribution of effort before or during the conference, you will be given a special pass to attend the conference (if you are not working for us that day), while at the same time helping everyone in our community.
We could use your help with any of the following:
- Identifying potential businesses who should attend
- Business name, contact name, mailing address, email address - Identifying entrepreneurs who should attend
- Contact name, mailing address, email address - Identifying government agencies or non-profit organizations who should attend
- Agency name, contact name, mailing address, email address - Addressing and mailing invitations prior to the conference
- Distributing flyers prior to the conference
- Setting up the facility the day before the conference
- Setting up the facility the day of the conference
- Helping business sponsors set up their tables
- Processing registrations before the conference
- Making name tags for attendees
- Staffing the registration table the day of the conference
- Staffing the refreshment tables during breaks
- Helping serve lunch
- Cleaning up after lunch
- Helping business sponsors tear down their tables
- Cleaning up after the conference
